I ordered the bouquet online. The process was easy and there were lots to choose from. I placed my order before business hours and it was delivered about lunch time. The arrangement was very pretty. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the vase i received was completely different than what I ordered. It was one that appeared on the much cheaper arrangements. There is a note on the website stating that this could happen. I just figured it would be worth a phone call or email if a substitution of this magnitude was being done. All in all, my wife loved the arrangement and it was very pretty. ---- Florist's Response: Hi there - I am so sorry about the vase substitute. And I apologize for not calling you - but that is one reason there is a note on some of the pics - due to the fact that our vendors no longer have some of those particular containers. Again - my apologies!
