I had flowers sent to a friend for her birthday and left the florist a message to call if noone answered bc she may be out back; she keeps dogs and probably wouldn't hear the knock. I got the call, after no answer, and was able to let my friend know to check her front porch. Good customer service is HUGE these days! Ty so much for yours! My friend sent me a picture of the arrangement and it was beautiful, actually looked like the website picture.
