Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

She loved the arrangement. My husband said it was beautiful, she called him to let him know. She sent a photo and it wasn’t in the same vase as in the photo. It was a pretty vase. She later said the great grandkids were there so she put them in another vase she had gotten from you on a previous occasion, with a wider bottom. She was afraid it might get knocked over. She has a supply of vases from you. I think all of us call you for flowers. You always do such a great job.
